I can't say enough good things about this Santa! Annika was fine (even excited) to see Santa right up until it came time to sit on his lap. Then the panic and waterworks started (a-la-last year's photo). Santa gently talked her into coming back for a hug and had the photo snapped. The end result--she is not as happy as she could be, but not crying none the less.
