A few weeks ago Annika had her one year doctor's visit.A quick highlight of her stats:
Height: 35 1/2 inches (91st percentile)
Weight: 22 lbs 4oz (72nd percentile)
Head Circumference: 47 centimeters (94th percentile)
Turns out our not-so-little girl is still on the might-be-tall track.
She's doing well on the physical milestones, walking at 9 months, clapping, etc.
On the verbal front, not many words; bubble and ball seem to be the two she favors. Her favorite previous word (dada) we don't get to hear as often as she is starting to refer to both me and Mike as mama. She knows the word no, although usually chooses to pretend she doesn't.
She also has a small (hopefully growing) vocabulary in baby sign, favoring words like eat, more, please (as in please more food) and milk. Hmm so, the kid still loves her food.
